Bieber, who had 25 million Twitter followers in 2012, rushed to see the video for the song by Madison. Within weeks she was a worldwide celebrity. Justin came across Madison shortly after she gained a large following through social media. He signed her to a recording contract to Island Records, the label where Justin is as well contracted. Scooter Braun, Justin's current manager, has managed her from the time she was a teenager. She has worked with a variety of artists, among them her fellow Australian Cody Simpson and Norwegian Ina Weroldsen.
